O'Sullivan Creel and Waldorff Insurance, Inc. Break Ground on New Building
Fort Walton Beach, Fla. – May 21, 2008 – O’Sullivan Creel, LLP and Waldorff Insurance, Inc. recently celebrated the ground breaking of their new office building at 45 Eglin Parkway. The three story building will house more than 30,000 square feet of office space. O’Sullivan Creel, LLP and Waldorff Insurance, Inc. will occupy the top two floors. The 10,000 square-foot first floor is available for lease for qualified tenants. The building features state of the art technology, 10 foot ceilings, and energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems.
Both companies have a long history in the Fort Walton Beach area. Mr. Brentwood Bryan opened his first office as Creel, Bryan & Gallagher in 1956 while Lloyd Waldorff Sr. opened Waldorff Insurance, Inc. in 1965. Jody Henderson, partner at O’Sullivan Creel, LLP, says. “This represents a significant commitment to the Fort Walton Beach area and we’re excited about the future.”
