Stephen Burgess is a partner in our management and consulting division. He has been with the firm since 1991. His area of concentration is consulting with healthcare providers in all areas including physician practice setups, practice management, practice valuations, mergers and retirement planning, in addition to comprehensive personal and corporate tax planning.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1990. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Alabama in 1994 and in the state of Florida in 1998.

Stephen has been playing tennis since his was 13. In fact, it was Mort O’Sullivan’s wife who gave him his first tennis lesson.
