Julie Amend, CPA is a Manager in the Tax division of the Fort Walton Beach office. Julie has over 20 years of experience in the field of public accounting and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She is a licensed CPA in Florida and is responsible for managing corporate, individual, partnership, trust, estate and gift taxation, business and individual tax consulting and estate planning for her clients.


Kathleen J. Baldwin, CPAKathleen J. Baldwin, CPA is a Manager in the Audit division of the Pensacola office. Kathleen has more than eight years of experience in the field of public accounting. A substantial portion of her clients are construction and governmental entities. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Master of Business Administration and the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. 


Bryan Croley is a Manager in the Information Technology department of the Pensacola office. Bryan has seven years of experience in the field of Information Technology and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in MIS from Auburn University. He is responsible for managing and maintaining IT resources within the firm and implementing new technologies and designs to meet business needs. He is also involved with supporting the LAN/WAN operations of the firm and ensuring network security. In addition, Bryan participates with the network design, implementation, and continuing maintenance of O'Sullivan Creel's valued IT clients.


Jeff Helms, CPA is a Manager in the Tax division in O'Sullivan Creel's Pensacola office with over six years of experience in the field of public accounting. Jeff holds both a Master of Accountancy Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of West Florida. Jeff is responsible for supervising and managing corporate, individual, partnership, trust, estate and gift taxation, business and individual tax consulting and estate planning for his clients. Jeff is a board member of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council.


Dee Manchester, is the CFO for the Firm and has been with the firm since 1994. Dee specializes in payroll, payroll tax issues and Quickbooks software setups and conversions. Dee also works with new businesses in setting up their accounting procedures.


Richard Martin, CPA is an Audit Manager in the Fort Walton Beach office with over eight years of experience in the areas of audit and tax. Richard graduated from the University of Georgia (Cum Laude) and is licensed as a CPA in Georgia. Richard is responsible for governmental, non-profit and condominium association specialized divisions. Richard is a member of the Niceville and Fort Walton Beach Chambers of Commerce, Leadership Okaloosa - Class of 2006 and is Treasurer for Emerald Coast Foundation, Inc.


Pam McKinney is a Manager within the Benefits Division of the Pensacola office with eight years of experience in the field of public accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) from the University of West Florida and is attending UWF in pursuit of her Masters of Accountancy degree. Pam administers retirement plans and provides trust recordkeeping services for various foundations. A substantial portion of her continuing education hours is earned by attending training seminars related to employee benefits administration services.


Marty M. Minton is a Tax Manager in the Pensacola office. Minton brings more than 13 years of accounting experience to the firm, beginning her career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and most recently as a tax manager with Brown Thornton Pacenta & Company, P.A. Her responsibilities at O'Sullivan Creel, LLP include review of corporate tax returns, tax consultation with clients, as well as training and mentoring team members. Minton earned her Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Marty joined the firm in 2007.


Elizabeth B. "Betsy" Moore, CPA is a Tax Manager in the Pensacola office with 15 years of experience in public accounting specializing in the area of non-profit entities. Betsy graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and completed her accounting courses at the University of North Florida. She took the CPA exam in 1987, earning the AICPA's Elija Watt Sells certificate of High Distinction for outstanding merit on the exam. Betsy is a member of the Sacred Heart Foundation and the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Pensacola Class of 1995.


Teresa Morrow is a Manager in the Tax and Accounting Services division of the Destin office. Teresa has eight years of experience in the field of public accounting and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery. She is responsible for the management and supervision of the Destin Small Business Services department and co-manager of the tax team. Teresa is a graduate of Leadership Okaloosa 2001, and a member of the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, ASWA and Christian Business Networking.


Deborah S. Smith, CPA is a Manager in the Audit division of the Foley office. A licensed CPA in Alabama, Deborah brings nine years of auditing experience to the firm, most recently as an Audit Manager for Crow, Shields & Bailey, P.C. in Mobile, Ala. Deborah earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Alabama. Her professional experience includes auditing of not-for-profits, construction companies and other commercial enterprises.


Timothy J. Sweeney, CPA is a Manager in the firm's Pensacola office with over 10 years experience in public accounting and auditing. A substantial portion of his clients are non-profit and governmental entities. Tim is a graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and is a member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association.


Christopher J. Walker, CPA is a Manager with the firm's Pensacola office with over 10 years of experience in public accounting and auditing with mainly non-profit and governmental entities. Chris is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Commerce and Business Administration. He was a recipient of the Financial Executive Institute's Outstanding Accounting Student Award and the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key awarded to the graduate senior with the highest grade point average in the College of Commerce and Business Administration. He is a licensed CPA in the States of Alabama and Florida.


Randall Wells, CPA is a Manager with the firm's Pensacola office with over seven years of experience assisting clients with tax planning and compliance in public accounting. Randall was most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax manager. Randall graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 2000.
